Email Trigger Requirements:

  • Customer must enter email address during checkout
  • At least one product in cart must be in stock
  • Purchase must remain incomplete
  • Not available for subscriptions or memberships

Setting Up Abandoned Cart Emails:

  1. Enable the Feature:
  • Navigate to Checkout settings
  • Toggle on "Contacting Customers After Leaving Checkout Area"

  • Customers can unsubscribe via link in email footer
  • System won't send email if purchase completed before 24-hour mark

  • Unsubscribe option cannot be removed or modified
