Recover Abandoned Carts with Automated Email Follow-ups

Email Trigger Requirements:
- Customer must enter email address during checkout
- At least one product in cart must be in stock
- Purchase must remain incomplete
- Not available for subscriptions or memberships
Setting Up Abandoned Cart Emails:
- Enable the Feature:
- Navigate to Checkout settings
- Toggle on "Contacting Customers After Leaving Checkout Area"
- Customize Email Content:
- Access Customer Notifications menu
- Preview and modify email template
- Send test email to verify appearance

Managing Email Settings:
To Restore Default Template:
- Scroll to bottom of settings
- Click "Restore Defaults" (note: cannot be undone)

To Disable Emails:
- Return to Checkout settings
- Toggle off abandoned cart notifications
Important Notes:
- Customers can unsubscribe via link in email footer
- System won't send email if purchase completed before 24-hour mark
- No additional customer data required or stored
- Unsubscribe option cannot be removed or modified
