Images and videos can transform your gallery pages with eye-catching layouts in version 7.0. Here's how to create and manage an effective gallery:

Adding a Gallery Page

1. Open Pages panel from Home menu
2. Click +
3. Select Gallery

Adding Images

Three ways to upload:

• Click + in sidebar and select Upload Image
• Click empty box in sidebar to open file manager
• Drag and drop images into sidebar box

Tips:

• Upload up to 250 images/videos per gallery
• First image becomes featured image automatically
• Review image format guidelines before uploading
• Multiple simultaneous uploads supported (no .zip files)

Adding Stock Images

1. Click + in sidebar
2. Select Find Images
3. Search and select desired stock images

Adding Videos

For YouTube or Vimeo videos:

1. Click + in sidebar
2. Select Add Video
3. Choose method:
   • Paste video URL
   • Use HTML embed code

Optional: Add image overlay as video thumbnail

Managing Content

Edit elements by:

• Adding titles (200 character limit) and descriptions
• Setting publishing status (Published/Draft/Scheduled)
• Adding categories and tags
• Duplicating elements

Organizing Gallery

• Reorder: Drag and drop thumbnails in sidebar
• Move: Transfer images between galleries
• Delete: Select images and click Delete
