When a font is removed from our catalog due to third-party service changes, it can't be used in new locations or sites. Here's what you need to know about handling removed fonts:

How to Replace Removed Fonts in Version 7.1:

  1. Open the Styles panel
  2. Click > next to Fonts
  3. Check Titles, Paragraphs, Buttons, and Miscellaneous categories for removed fonts
  4. Select new fonts from the available catalog

For Version 7.0:

  1. Open the Styles panel
  2. Look for style adjustments using removed fonts
  3. Select replacement fonts from the catalog

Note: You may need to check different pages to find all font settings.

Important Considerations:

  • Sites with removed fonts cannot be duplicated until all fonts are replaced
  • Custom CSS using removed fonts must be updated
  • Choosing a new font pack will reset all font customizations
  • Check template-specific pages for hidden font adjustments

Extensive List of Removed Fonts:

The catalog no longer includes over 200 fonts, including popular ones like:

  • Calibri
  • Century Gothic
  • Copperplate
  • Gill Sans Nova
  • Rockwell
  • Trade Gothic
  • Eurostile
  • FF Meta
  • ITC American Typewriter

For each removed font, select a similar alternative from the current font catalog to maintain your site's design aesthetic.

When replacing fonts:

  • Match the style and weight of the original
  • Consider readability across devices
  • Test the new font in all contexts
  • Update any custom CSS references
