Check Your Qualified Subscription Earnings: Impact Report Guide

Track and manage your qualified subscriptions and commission payouts through the Circle referral payment program using Impact. Here's everything you need to know about accessing and understanding your referral payment information.

Checking Qualified Subscriptions

  1. Log into your Impact account (linked to your Circle account email)
  2. Navigate to Reports > All Reports
  3. Click on Advanced Action List in the Listing section
  4. Select your desired date range and apply filters
  5. Click the search icon to view results

To view subscription URLs, add the Notes field:

  • In Advanced Action List, click the dropdown menu
  • Enable Notes
  • Refresh results to see the URLs column

Understanding the Advanced Action List Report

  • Action Date: Subscription date
  • Action ID: Unique identifier
  • Brand: Shows as "Squarespace Circle Referral Payments"
  • Event Type: Payment qualification event
  • Status: Approval stage (Pending, Approved, Reversed, or N/A)
  • Sales Amount: Total revenue
  • Action Revenue: Your earned referral payment
  • Notes: Subscription URL

Viewing Payments

To check past and upcoming payments:

  1. Log into Impact
  2. Click your balance in the top right
  3. View pending payments and revenue history in the dropdown

Additional Reports

Access more detailed reports:

  1. Go to Reports > All Reports
  2. Add frequently used reports to your dropdown menu
  3. Consult Impact's documentation for report details

Important Notes:

  • Subscriptions must be active for 15 days to qualify
  • Qualified subscriptions are automatically added to your Impact account
  • Payments are processed approximately 40 days after the end of the qualifying month
  • For Impact account support, contact Impact directly
