This guide explains how to export your Squarespace Commerce products to a .csv file for bulk editing or site migration.

You can use the exported .csv file to:

• Import products to third-party services
• Create a backup copy
• Bulk edit inventory
• Transfer products between Squarespace sites

Export Limitations:

• Maximum 10,000 products (including variations)
• Only tangible and service products (no digital downloads)
• Maximum 3 variation options per product
• Product reviews are not included
• Featured images and variation images are not exported
• One-time export (no automatic syncing)

How to Export Products:

1. Navigate to Products and Services panel
2. Click Products
3. Click Export All (or Export Selected for specific items)

Re-importing Products:

• Version 7.1: Up to 10,000 products
• Version 7.0: Up to 200 products per store page
• Maximum 100 variations per product

Important Notes:

• Third-party services may require different .csv formats
• Edit the exported file to meet specific service requirements
• The export format matches the import format, with additional columns for pages
• Page columns won't be used during import
