Follow these steps to connect your Crazy Domains domain to Squarespace:

Step 1: Start Connection in Squarespace

1. Go to Domains panel
2. Click "Use your own domain"
3. Enter your domain name
4. Click "Connect Domain"
5. Select "Other" from dropdown
6. Click "Connect Domain" again
7. Click "Continue" when prompted

Step 2: Access Crazy Domains

1. Log in to www.crazydomains.com
2. Click "Access my Account"
3. Go to "Domains" tab under "My Account"
4. Select your domain
5. Scroll to "DNS Settings"

Step 3: Add First CNAME Record

• Host: [Copy unique verification code from Squarespace]
• Type: CNAME
• Points to: verify.squarespace.com

Step 4: Add Second CNAME Record

• Host: www
• Type: CNAME
• Points to: ext-cust.squarespace.com

Step 5: Add Four A Records Create the following A records:

• Host: @ | Points to: 198.185.159.144
• Host: @ | Points to: 198.185.159.145
• Host: @ | Points to: 198.49.23.144
• Host: @ | Points to: 198.49.23.145

Step 6: Wait for Connection

• Allow 24-72 hours for full connection
• Check progress in Squarespace's DNS Settings
• Click "Refresh Records" to verify
• Look for green "Connected" label

Troubleshooting Tips:

• Use DNS checker tool if you see "Unable to verify domain ownership"
• Contact Crazy Domains support for account-specific issues
• Temporary errors are normal during the first 72 hours

Important Notes:

• Don't delete existing mail records
• Keep Squarespace DNS Settings panel open for reference
• Multiple A records can be added simultaneously
• Connection typically completes within 72 hours
