File Requirements:

• Maximum file size: 300 MB
• All file types accepted
• One file per download product
• Remove special characters from filenames

Important Limitations:

• No quantity settings or variants
• No subscription options
• Cannot download your own uploaded files
• Cannot export download products

Creating a Download Product:

1. Select "Download" as product type when adding a new product

2. Add Basic Information:

• Name
• Description
• Product images (multiple allowed)

3. Upload Your File: Click "Upload File" or drag and drop your file

4. Set Pricing:

• Regular price
• Optional sale price
• Enable/disable sale status

5. Organize Your Product:

• Add categories (max 25 characters)
• Add tags (max 80 characters)
• Both are case-sensitive
• Display alphabetically

6. Add SEO Description (Optional): Improve search engine visibility with relevant product descriptions

7. Publish Options:

• Publish immediately
• Save as draft
• Schedule for future release

Customer Download Process:

• Download link appears on order confirmation page
• Automatic email with download link sent
• Link expires after 24 hours
• New link sent automatically if expired
• Manual link resend available through Orders menu
