CSV File Requirements

• Version 7.1: Import up to 10,000 products
• Version 7.0: Import up to 200 products
• Both versions: Up to 250 variants per product
• CSV must match site's existing store page URL slug and categories

Importing Products: Step-by-Step

1. Download the CSV template:

   • For moving products: Click "Export all" in Products panel
   • For new products: Click Import > Download CSV template

2. Format your CSV properly:

   • Use a spreadsheet editor (Excel/Google Sheets)
   • Maintain required column structure
   • Follow formatting requirements for each field

3. Import the file:
   • Click Import in Products panel
   • Drag and drop your CSV file
   • Review results and fix any errors
   • Click Save

Key Formatting Rules

• Product URLs: Use dashes between words, no spaces
• Categories: Must match existing site categories
• Images: Use direct image URLs ending in .jpg, .png, etc.
• Prices: Numbers and decimals only
• Variants: Add new row for each option combination

Limitations

• Physical and service products only
• Can't import customers or subscriptions
• Can't schedule products via import
• Featured images must be set manually
• Print-on-demand products need manual reconnection

• Verify URL slugs match your store
• Ensure categories exist before importing
• Check image URL protocols (http:// vs https://)
• Remove special formatting (bullets, links)
• Use correct CSV template for your version
