Products can be imported from Etsy, Shopify, and Big Cartel to Squarespace through a one-time import process. This import doesn't create continuous sync between platforms.

Import Capacity:

• Version 7.1: Up to 10,000 physical products and services per store page
• Version 7.0: Up to 200 products per store page
• Maximum 100 variants per product

What Gets Imported:

From Etsy:

• Description
• Images
• Inventory
• Price
• Shipping package size
• Title
• Note: Etsy's vacation mode must be off for proper importing

From Shopify:

• Description
• Images
• Price
• SKU
• Title
• Variants
• Weight

From Big Cartel:

• Description
• Price
• Product name
• Images

Import Instructions:

For Etsy:

1. Add a store page
2. Go to Products and Services panel > Products > Import
3. Select Etsy and click Get Started
4. Choose store page destination
5. Click Start Import
6. Log in to Etsy and grant access
7. Wait for import completion

For Shopify:

1. Download inventory .csv file from Shopify
2. Go to Products and Services panel > Products > Import
3. Select Shopify
4. Upload the .csv file
5. Wait for success message

For Big Cartel:

1. Go to Products and Services panel > Products > Import
2. Select Big Cartel
3. Enter full Big Cartel URL
4. Click Import
5. Wait for success message

Important Notes:

• Downloadable products cannot be imported
• Imported products appear on a new store page in the Unlinked section
• Store currencies must match for proper price importing
• Tags and categories may need manual addition after import
• Maximum 500 products can be imported from Etsy

After Import:

1. Complete store setup steps
2. Review and organize products
3. Add any missing information
4. Create discount codes for existing gift cards
5. Set up shipping profiles
6. Add downloadable files if needed
