Low Stock Alert: How to Set Up Product Availability Labels for Your Store
Limited availability labels help notify customers when items are running low in stock, perfect for unique or limited edition items. These labels appear on Store Pages and informational pages for all physical products and service compositions.

Setting Up Limited Availability Labels:
- Navigate to Product Status panel
- Select Limited Availability
- Enable Show label option
- Customize the label text:
- Choose pre-written labels with automatic stock level display
- Create custom message
- Set stock threshold for label display
- Choose display locations:
- Collections and blocks (Store Pages, Summary Blocks, Product Blocks)
- Store pages (individual product detail pages)
- Save changes
Note: Labels won't appear for service-based products unless Quantity for services is enabled in Payment Settings.
Styling Your Labels:
Version 7.1:
- Access Site Styles > Fonts
- Modify Miscellaneous settings
- Adjust Colors > Section themes
- Edit Limited Availability Label Color for Store Page, product details, and Product Blocks
Version 7.0:
- Open Site Styles panel
- Adjust Product: Details settings
- Modify Label Color and Font Type
Additional Marketing Options:
- Create clearance sales or promotions
- Enable Product Preview
- Display related products by category
These labels automatically reflect your site's font types and colors, but you can customize them to match your brand or make them stand out. Remember to save all changes after making adjustments to ensure proper implementation.
