Add Album Pages and Audio Tracks in Version 7.0

Add an album with cover art and audio tracks to your website using Album pages in Version 7.0.

Adding an Album Page:

  1. Navigate to the Pages menu and click the + icon
  2. Choose Album from the menu
  3. Enter a page name (can be modified later)

Setting Up Your Album:

Album Art

  • Drag an image into the Add Album Art box or click to select from your computer
  • Supported formats: .jpg, .png, .gif

Album Information

  • Enter artist name in Artist Name box
  • Customize album title (independent from page title)
  • Add a description below the album art

Adding Tracks

  1. Hover over album preview and click Add Track
  2. Drag and drop MP3 or M4A files (max 20 MB)
  3. Configure sharing options in the Share tab
  4. Click Save or Save & Publish

Track Management:

  • Edit track information through Track Settings
  • Limit of 60 tracks per album
  • Organize using Categories and Tags
  • Rearrange tracks by dragging within Album panel
  • Move tracks between different album pages
  • Delete tracks using the trash can icon

Social Sharing:

  1. Open Track Settings
  2. Navigate to Social Media tab
  3. Select desired platforms
  4. Enable Push toggle
  5. Ensure track is set to Published
  6. Save changes

Customization Options:

  • Adjust fonts and buttons through Website Styles
  • Customize album text color
  • Toggle Share button visibility
  • Modify banner/featured images
  • Manage categories and tags

Limitations:

  • One album per album page
  • Not suitable for podcasting
  • No direct sales functionality
  • No commenting feature
  • Maximum 60 tracks per album

Template Support: Album pages can be added to indexes in:

  • Flatiron
  • Montauk
  • Pacific
  • Supply
  • Tremont
  • York

For selling music, use the e-commerce platform's digital download products feature. For podcasting, utilize blog pages with audio blocks instead.
