Form fields allow you to collect various types of information from visitors through Form blocks, custom product forms, and payment forms. Many fields automatically format based on the visitor's location.

Basic Information Fields

  • Name: Collects first and last name in separate boxes (appears as single field in submissions)
  • Text: Single-line entry for short responses
  • Email: Requires valid email address format
  • Phone: Auto-formats number based on site region
  • Text Area: Unlimited characters for longer responses

Selection Fields

  • Dropdown Menu: Single-selection list with customizable options
  • Checkbox: Multiple-selection list
  • Radio: Single-selection list with different display style
  • Survey: Five-level rating scale from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree"

Location & Contact Fields

  • Address: Multiple boxes for postal address with country-specific formatting
  • Website: Pre-filled with "http://" for web addresses
  • Twitter: Pre-filled with "@" for handles

Date & Time Fields

  • Date: Location-based format
  • Time: Includes time zone information
  • Number: Accepts only numerical input
  • Currency: Customizable currency symbol (defaults to USD)

Special Fields

  • Line: Adds visual separation with optional section title
  • Hidden: Creates query parameters for tracking
  • File Upload:
    • Requires Google reCAPTCHA
    • Supports images, documents, presentations, video, and audio
    • 10MB limit per file
    • Up to 5 files per submission
    • Available only in Form blocks
  • Password: Masked text visible only in submission

File Types Supported

  • Images: .png, .jpg, .tiff, .heic
  • Documents: .docx, .doc, .pdf, .txt
  • Presentations: .pptx, .pdf
  • Video: .mp4, .avi, .avchd, .flv
  • Audio: .mp3, .wav, .aac, .mp4, .alac

File uploads can be accessed through the Contacts Panel, Email, or integrated services like Google, Zapier, or Mailchimp. Only site owners and administrators can download submitted files.
