How to Create and Manage Sale Prices in Your Online Store
Sale prices can be set for individual products or multiple items in your store to display discounted offers. Here's how to manage sales effectively:
Setting Individual Sale Prices
For products without variants:
- Navigate to the product editor
- Scroll to Inventory section
- Toggle "On Sale" button
- Enter new sale price
For products with variants:
- Open product editor
- Go to Variants section
- Click "Edit All"
- Toggle "On Sale" for desired variants
- Set individual sale prices

Price Display
Single-price products show:
- New sale price
- Original price (crossed out)
- "On Sale" badge
Variable-price products display:
- "Starting from" lowest sale price
- "On Sale" badge

Creating Multiple Sales
For bulk sales:
- Open Products panel
- Click Price field for target products
- Toggle "On Sale"
- Set new prices
Important Notes:
- Digital products can only use discount codes
- Subscription product sales affect current subscriber payments
- Create a Sale category to help customers find discounted items
- Use Email Campaigns to notify customers about sales
- Consider category-wide discounts (e.g., 10% off all tops)
You can also create store-wide discounts or category-specific sales through the discount feature instead of individual sale prices.
