How to Fix Facebook Content Sharing Issues and Errors on Squarespace
Facebook posts appear incorrectly or don't show up? Here's how to fix common sharing issues:
Wrong Image Displaying
- Check image requirements:
- Minimum size: 200px x 200px
- Recommended size: 2500px width
- Must be properly formatted for web display
- Refresh Facebook's cache:
- Visit Facebook's debugger tool
- Enter your URL and click Debug
- Click "Scrape Again" if needed
- Re-post content to see changes
Content Not Pushing to Facebook
- Verify your Facebook connection:
- Open Connected Accounts settings
- Ensure Facebook is connected
- Check "Show Push Option" is enabled
- Select correct Push Target (Page)
- If Page isn't showing in Push Target menu:
- Go to Facebook Business Integrations
- Select Squarespace
