How to Import Etsy Reviews:

1. Open the Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Import next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click Log in and import
4. Log into your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click View reviews when finished

Important Notes:

• Import must be done manually (not automatic sync)
• Reviews appear in bulk under all shop products when display settings show shop reviews
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added on Etsy
• You can re-import reviews once daily to stay current

Managing Imported Reviews:

• To refresh reviews: Open Customer Reviews panel and click Re-import
• To hide all Etsy reviews: Disable the Imported Reviews option
• To remove specific reviews: Contact Etsy for deletion, then re-import

Limitations:

• Reviews don't appear in the customer reviews panel
• Individual reviews can't be deleted through Squarespace
• Customers can't add Etsy reviews directly through your Squarespace site
• Review styling and placement options are fixed
