Email campaigns require proper sender details to ensure reliable delivery. Here's how to set them up correctly:

Sender Details Requirements

  • Use a custom domain email (e.g., [email protected]) for best deliverability
  • Avoid free email services like Gmail to prevent spam filtering
  • Your sender details include the "From:" name and email address visible to subscribers
  • You can create up to 10 sender details but use only one at a time

Setting Up Sender Details

  1. Create Sender Details:
  • Navigate to Email Campaign settings
  • Click "Sender Details" then "Add Sender"
  • Enter sender name and email address

  1. Verify Email Address:
  • Check for verification email with code
  • Enter code in sender details setup
  • If missing, check spam folder for email from [email protected]

Managing Sender Details

To Edit:

  • Find sender details in settings
  • Click "..." and select "Edit"
  • Modify name (email address cannot be edited)

To Delete:

  • Locate sender details in settings
  • Click "..." and select "Delete"
  • Confirm deletion

Important Notes:

  • Custom domain emails ensure better deliverability
  • Some free email providers are automatically rejected
  • Mailing address is set separately when sending campaigns

  • The last verified address becomes the default sender
