Sales analytics help you track revenue, orders, and customer behavior. This dashboard provides key insights into your sales performance and donor contributions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue
- Total revenue from orders and donations
- Excludes shipping fees and taxes (unless using tax-inclusive pricing)
- Discounts are subtracted from total
- Refunds not currently factored
Checkouts
- Count of successful transactions including:
- Physical, service, and download products
- Pricing plans
- Donations
- Gift card redemptions
- Excludes invoices, scheduling, recurring subscriptions, and POS transactions
Orders
- Total completed orders
- Includes subscription products and recurring donations
- Each membership renewal counts as one order
Conversion Rate
- Percentage of visits resulting in checkouts
- Formula: (Checkouts ÷ Total visits) x 100
- Indicates effectiveness at converting visitors to customers
Average Order Value (AOV)
- Revenue earned per order/donation
- Formula: Revenue ÷ Orders
Revenue Per Visit (RPV)
- Average revenue generated per visit
- Formula: Revenue ÷ Visits
- Useful for marketing ROI calculations
