Creating an Automated Campaign
- Go to automated emails dashboard
- Click "Create Automated Email"
- Choose a preset template
- Set your trigger conditions
- Customize timing and delay settings
- Design your email content
Setting Triggers
Subscriber Triggers:
- All subscribers
- Specific mailing lists
- Potential customers (no purchases yet)
Customer Triggers:
- Any product purchase
- Specific product purchases
- Total order count
- Total amount spent
Important Considerations
- Automated emails count toward monthly sending limits
- Subscribers must confirm subscription to receive emails
- Purchase-based emails don't automatically add recipients to mailing lists
- Timing changes only affect new triggers
- Campaigns pause during editing
Managing Campaigns
To Pause:
- Click [...] on dashboard
- Select "Pause"
- Make needed changes
- Click "Start" to resume
For Drip Campaigns:
- Create multiple connected emails
- Set different delay times
- Target same subscriber/customer group
Tracking Performance:
- Monitor open rates
- Track click-through rates
