Connect Your Forms to 1,000+ Apps with Zapier Integration

Zapier automations help save time by connecting your Squarespace forms to thousands of apps. When visitors submit forms, Zapier triggers automated actions in tools like Slack, Trello, ConvertKit, or Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Squarespace plans: Essential, Plus, Advanced, Business, Basic Commerce, or Advanced Commerce
  • Zapier account (free plan available, premium starts at $20)

How to Connect Squarespace Forms to Zapier:

  1. Link Your Form
  • Edit your Form Block, Newsletter Block, or Landing Page
  • Click Storage > Zapier > Connect
  1. Generate API Key
  • Open Developer Tools
  • Click Developer API Keys > Generate Key
  • Name your key and enable Forms permission
  • Copy and save your unique API key
  1. Create a Zap
  • Go to Zapier.com and create new Zap
  • Select Squarespace as trigger
  • Choose "New Form Submission"
  • Log in using your API key
  • Select your site and form
  • Test the trigger
  1. Add an Action Common automation examples:
  • Add leads to CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Create task cards (Trello, Basecamp)
  • Send Slack notifications
  • Add contacts to email lists (ConvertKit, Constant Contact)
  • Create calendar events (Google Calendar)
  • Generate support tickets (Zendesk)

After connecting, your Squarespace form will display "x Zap(s) connected" in the Storage tab.

Remember: Keep your API key secure and saved, as it cannot be retrieved after closing the window. Each site requires its own unique API key.
