Use trackable links to monitor click activity and measure campaign performance. The URL Builder helps create unique, trackable URLs that provide insights into visitor behavior and revenue generation from specific advertising campaigns.

Note: Squarespace Analytics automatically tracks Email Campaigns and Instagram Shopping campaigns, so no special links are needed for these.

Supported Pages You can create trackable links for:

  • Layout pages
  • Collection pages (blog, store)
  • Tags and categories within collection pages

Limitations Cannot link directly to:

  • Individual collection items (products, blog posts)
  • Pages within an index

Creating a Trackable URL

  1. Navigate to Marketing > URL Builder
  2. Click Create URL
  3. Select destination page from dropdown menu
  4. Choose advertising platform
  5. Click Next
  6. Add URL and campaign details as prompted

Monitoring Performance Track campaign success through the Traffic Sources panel, where you can:

  • View click data
  • Monitor revenue generation
  • Compare campaign performance
