Contact Roles

  1. Owner: Primary contact and official domain registrant
  2. Administrator: Secondary contact receiving most domain emails
  3. Technical: Backup contact for essential communications
  4. Billing: Backup contact for essential domain matters

Contact Information Guidelines

Email Address:

  • Use an accessible email address
  • Avoid Apple email addresses (@mac.com, @me.com, @icloud.com)
  • Don't use emails associated with the registered domain
  • Remove trailing spaces

Phone Number:

  • Enter without dashes or international prefix
  • Format example: 5559876543

Address Details:

  • Address 1: Street number and name only
  • Address 2: Optional (apartment/floor number)
  • State field: Complete only for US/Canada
  • Ensure correct postal code format
  • Country must match phone number prefix

Organization:

  • Minimum 4 characters (3 must be letters)
