Send a mass email campaign to your email distribution lists instantly or schedule it for later delivery. Here's a comprehensive guide to ensure your campaign's success.

Prerequisites:

  • Create at least one email list
  • Set up sender details
  • Prepare an email draft
  • Verify your email address
  • Verify your domain (if using custom email)
  • Add a physical address to your website

Important Notes:

  • Campaigns won't send if you exceed monthly limits
  • Distribution list size must be within your plan's sending limit
  • Scheduled campaign times use your device's time zone
  • New subscribers may need to confirm their subscription first

Steps to Send Your Campaign:

  1. Add Email Information
  • Navigate to Email Marketing > Drafts
  • Click the pencil icon on your draft
  • Add compelling subject line and preview text
  • Select recipients from your distribution lists
  • Connect sender details
  • Add physical mailing address

For custom domain emails, verify your domain to remove "sqspmail.com" or "via squarespace-mail.com" from sender address.
