Import customer reviews from your Etsy shop to display them directly on your Squarespace product pages. This guide explains how to import, manage, and display Etsy reviews on your site.

What Gets Imported

Etsy review imports include:

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Review text
• Star ratings

Import Process

1. Open the Customer Reviews panel and click the settings icon
2. Click "Import" next to Etsy Reviews
3. Select "Connect and Import"
4. Log in to your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click "View Reviews" when finished

Important Notes

• Reviews must be re-imported manually to show recent feedback
• All reviews appear under each product by default
• Review styling and placement cannot be customized
• New reviews must still be left on Etsy
• Import is limited to once per day

Managing Imported Reviews

To hide all Etsy reviews:

• Toggle off "Imported Reviews" in customer review settings

To delete specific reviews:

1. Contact Etsy to remove the review
2. Re-import reviews to update your site

Key Limitations

• One-time import process (no automatic sync)
• Reviews appear in bulk under all products
• Cannot modify review appearance or location
• New reviews must be submitted through Etsy

To maintain current reviews, remember to regularly re-import from your Etsy shop through the Customer Reviews panel. This ensures your Squarespace site displays your most recent customer feedback.
