• Access emails, calendars, and documents through Google's interface
• Works with both third-party and Squarespace domains

Migration Process:

1. Create Google Workspace Account

• Set up account through Squarespace
• Use your existing custom domain
• Add all necessary email addresses and aliases
• Allow up to 72 hours for MX record changes to propagate

2. Import Content

• Export emails, contacts, and data from current provider
• Use Google's data migration service
• Transfer complete email history

3. Cancel Previous Service Before canceling, ensure:

• Google Workspace setup is complete
• Emails are being received correctly
• All content is transferred
• MX records are properly configured

Important Notes:

• Don't cancel current service until Google Workspace setup is complete
• Admin access required for both Squarespace and current email
• Domain must be active on Squarespace
• Complete any domain transfers before migration
• Temporary email delivery to both services is normal during transition
