Etsy product reviews can be imported to display on your Squarespace product detail pages. This guide explains how to import, manage, and display Etsy reviews on your site.

Imported Review Content

• Customer images and names
• Review dates and text
• Product images and titles
• Star ratings

Import Process

1. Import your Etsy products first
2. Open Product Reviews panel
3. Click "Import from Etsy"
4. Sign in to Etsy and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion

Key Information:

• Reviews import is a one-time process (not automatic sync)
• All reviews appear under each product
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added through Etsy
• Re-import available once per day

Managing Reviews

To Reimport:

1. Open Product Reviews panel
2. Click "Reimport"

• Doesn't overwrite existing reviews
• Updates with latest Etsy reviews

Hiding/Removing Reviews:

• Hide all: Disable "Imported Reviews" option in Product Reviews panel
• Remove individual reviews: Contact Etsy for removal, then reimport
• Squarespace cannot remove individual Etsy reviews

Important Notes:

• Reviews appear on product detail pages only
• Customers must leave new reviews on Etsy
• Review styling and placement cannot be modified
• Import is limited to once per day
• Review synchronization is not automatic
