
Malware reporting and sales data analysis
Sales data has been available since January 2014, with donation data tracking beginning June 2024. Gift card sales aren't included in analysis, though revenue from gift card purchases appears once orders are placed.
To access sales analysis:
- Open the Analytics panel
- Click Sales
- Select date range from dropdown
- Choose sales channel filter (Website, Point of Sale, Third-party platforms, or All Channels)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue
- Total value of orders and donations
- Excludes shipping fees and taxes (unless tax-inclusive pricing enabled)
- Subtracts applied discounts
- Note: Refunds not currently tracked
Payments
- Counts successful transactions for:
- Physical products
- Services
- Downloads
- Packages
- Donations
- Gift card redemptions
- Excludes invoices, scheduling, recurring subscriptions, and point of sale
Orders
- Total orders placed
- Includes subscription products and recurring donations
- Each membership counts as single order
Conversion Rate
- Percentage of visits resulting in payment
- Formula: (Payments ÷ Total Visits) x 100
Average Order Value (AOV)
- Revenue per order/donation
- Formula: Revenue ÷ Orders
Revenue Per Visit (RPV)
- Average revenue generated per visit
- Formula: Revenue ÷ Visits
- Used for marketing ROI calculations

Line Graph:
- Shows trends over time
- Adjustable frequency based on data points
- Hover for specific date data
Bar Charts:
- Source comparison: Shows top referrers
- Product comparison: Displays top-selling items
- Charts adapt based on selected metrics (Revenue, RPV, AOV)
Donation tracking displays fund names from new Donation blocks and titles from original blocks. Untitled donations appear without labels.
