Common Facebook Sharing Issues & Solutions

When sharing content displays incorrect images or information:

1. Image Size Requirements:

• Minimum size: 200x200 pixels
• Recommended size: 2,500 pixels
• Images below minimum size may not display

2. Update Cached Content Using Facebook Debugger:

• Visit Facebook's debugger tool
• Enter your URL and click "Debug"
• Check preview under "Link Preview"
• Click "Scrape Again" if needed
• Share content again after debugging

3. Fix Profile vs. Page Sharing Issues:

• Facebook only allows sharing to business pages, not personal profiles
• Connect your Facebook business page
• Ensure sharing permissions are enabled

4. Resolve Connection Problems:

• Check account connection status
• Verify sharing permissions in Facebook Business Integrations
• Reconnect account if disconnected:
  1. Log out of Facebook
  2. Access Connected Accounts panel
  3. Disconnect existing connection
  4. Reconnect with Facebook credentials

5. Fix Domain-Related Issues:

• Ensure custom domain is set as primary
• Remove any demo content
• Use Facebook debugger to clear cache
• Delete and reshare content

6. Common Error Messages:

• "Warnings to fix" messages are normal
• Cache clearing requests are standard
• Domain blocking can be reported to Facebook

7. Sharing Permission Settings:
