Squarespace's Google Workspace integration allows you to create professional email addresses with your custom domain while accessing Google's business tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Eligible users can receive one year of free Google Workspace Starter.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Active trial or paid Squarespace site (7.1 or 7.0)
- At least one custom domain
- Residence in a supported country
- Domain not previously associated with Google Workspace
- Not available for Squarespace 5 or Mobile Start plans

- $7.20/month per user
- 100-participant video meetings
- 30GB storage
- Standard support

Business Standard:
- $14.40/month per user
- 150-participant video meetings with recording
- 2TB storage

- $21.60/month per user
- 500-participant video meetings
- 5TB storage
- Advanced security features

Setup Process:
- Open domain control panel
- Select desired domain
- Click Email > Start
- Choose plan

Important Notes:
- Not available for existing Google Workspace accounts
- Cannot transfer accounts from other providers
- Requires coordination with email server when switching providers
