Discovering Digital Products

Visitors can explore your offerings through:

• Direct links to course pages, video pages, or members-only sites
• Registration pages showcasing different pricing plans
• Digital product blocks displaying descriptions, benefits, and prices

Payment options include:

• Fixed one-time payments
• Monthly installments
• Subscription plans

Registration Process

1. Customer clicks "Register" on chosen plan
2. Creates account or logs in to existing one
3. Provides name, email, and password
4. Completes payment process (if not free)

Payment and Checkout

• Credit cards accepted for all payment types
• PayPal available for one-time payments
• Free products skip checkout process

Post-Registration

Members receive:

• Welcome email with login instructions
• Order confirmation emails for recurring payments
• Access to customer dashboard
• Subscription renewal reminders (if activated)

Account Management

Members can:

• View all purchased digital products
• Access subscription details
• Check renewal dates and payment information
• Manage subscription settings
• Navigate to purchased content directly from dashboard

Subscription Renewal Reminders

To activate reminders:

1. Open Customer Alerts panel
2. Click Subscription Orders
3. Select Subscription Renewal
4. Toggle Send to Subscribers

Note: Renewal reminders aren't available for subscriptions shorter than 11 weeks (weekly renewal) or two months (monthly renewal).
