  • Total visits where items were added to cart
  • Each visitor counts once regardless of items added

  • Orders completed within this timeframe aren't considered abandoned
  • Recent incomplete orders (less than 24 hours) aren't counted
  1. Recoverable

  • Eligible for abandoned cart recovery emails
  1. Email Sent
  • Customers meeting recoverable criteria who received recovery email
  • Always less than or equal to Recoverable number
  • May be lower due to unsubscribes or out-of-stock items
  1. Recovered
  • Successfully recovered abandoned carts
  • Shows revenue value of recovered orders
  • Requires completed purchase after recovery email
