Member Sites allow you to create exclusive pages for different communities or topics. Here's how to customize the experience for your members.

Member Homepage Customization

The member homepage serves as the landing page and welcomes members to your site. It automatically appears in:

  • Membership purchase confirmation emails
  • Welcome emails
  • Customer Account panel

To set a new member homepage:

  1. Open the Pages panel
  2. Find your member site
  3. Click "..." on the desired page
  4. Select "Set as member homepage"
  5. Confirm your choice

Navigation Options

Choose from these navigation styles:

  • Replace primary navigation (default)
  • Show in Customer Account panel
  • Hide navigation

To modify navigation:

  1. Open Member Sites panel
  2. Click Member navigation
  3. Select preferred display option
  4. Save changes

Checkout Customization

Create custom checkout forms to:

  • Collect member information
  • Gather feedback
  • Display Terms of Use

Note: Custom checkout forms don't appear for free member sites.

Email Notification Options

Customize these automatic emails:

  • Welcome email
  • Cancellation email
  • Customer account emails
  • Free subscription confirmation

Paywall Management

Paywalls restrict content to members who:

  • Are logged into their account
  • Have access to the specific pricing plan

Style these elements through the Design panel to match your site's aesthetics.

Remember:

  • All member sites share the same navigation style
  • Deleting a homepage automatically sets the next available page as homepage
  • If no pages exist, members will see a 404 error

This system ensures secure, exclusive access while maintaining a professional appearance for your membership site.
