Site analytics provide essential insights into your digital product customer behavior and pricing plan performance. Here's what you can monitor:

Sales Analytics

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including Revenue, Units Sold, Checkouts, Orders, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, and Revenue Per Visit
  • Data includes both recurring subscription and fixed-amount pricing plan payments

Sales by Product Analytics

  • View performance metrics for individual pricing plans
  • Monitor Revenue, Units Sold, and Orders for each plan
  • Note: Views and Conversion Rate columns remain blank for pricing plans

Purchase Funnel Analytics

  • Track customer journey through Visits, Started Checkout, and Purchased stages
  • Pricing plans skip product viewing and cart stages
  • Recurring charges aren't included in funnel data

Traffic Sources Analytics

  • Identify where pricing plan subscribers come from
  • Track revenue generated by each traffic source

Site Content Analytics

  • Monitor pageviews for blog, course, video, and member site pages
  • Only counts views from subscribed members
  • Paywall views are not included in tracking

Important Notes:

  • Free pricing plan signups aren't reflected in sales analytics
  • Customers must complete checkout for tracking
  • All analytics panels are available regardless of website plan
