Visitors can browse digital products through paywalls or a dedicated Signup page that displays available packages, their descriptions, benefits, and pricing.

When visitors select a package, they must create a customer account or log in. New customers enter their name, email address, and create a password.

For paid products, customers proceed to payment using credit cards or PayPal. One-time fixed-price packages accept both payment methods, while subscription packages require credit cards.

After payment, customers can:

• Access their purchased content through the Customer Account panel
• Receive a welcome email confirmation
• Get order confirmation emails for recurring subscriptions
• Receive renewal notifications 15 days before renewal (if enabled)

In the Customer Account panel, members can view:

• All accessible digital products
• Subscription details
• Package costs
• Renewal frequency and dates
• Payment history

To enable renewal notifications:

1. Open Customer Notifications panel
2. Select Subscription Orders > Subscription Renewal
3. Enable Send to Subscribers option

Note: Subscriptions shorter than 11 weeks (weekly renewals) or 2 months (monthly renewals) don't receive renewal notifications.
