How to Import Reviews:

1. Navigate to the Reviews panel in products
2. Click "Import from Etsy"
3. Select "Sign in and import"
4. Log into your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click "View reviews" when finished

Important Notes:

• Import your Etsy products before importing reviews
• Reviews are imported as a one-time bulk process
• All reviews display under each product
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added through Etsy
• Import can be done once per day

Managing Reviews:

• To update reviews: Click "Re-import" in the Product Reviews panel
• To hide all reviews: Disable "Imported Reviews" option
• To remove specific reviews: Contact Etsy for deletion, then re-import

Re-importing reviews:

• Doesn't overwrite existing reviews
• Ensures up-to-date display of customer feedback
• Maintains review accuracy
• Can be performed once every 24 hours
