Follow these steps to merge Squarespace accounts and access multiple sites with a single login:

Choose Your Primary Account

• Select the account with the email or social media login you want to keep
• This will be your main login for accessing all sites
• Use "Recover your account email address" if unsure about login credentials

Merge Your Accounts

1. Log in to your secondary account
2. Locate all sites and subscriptions in the account panel
3. Invite your primary account email as a collaborator to each site
4. Use incognito mode to log in to primary account and accept invitations
5. Return to secondary account
6. Transfer ownership of all websites and subscriptions to primary account

For Unlinked Squarespace Domains:

1. Create a new test site
2. Add payment information
3. Contact support to transfer domain to test site
4. Follow standard merge steps (3-6 above)

For Connected Squarespace Domains:

1. Log in to primary account
2. Invite secondary account as admin collaborator
3. Transfer domain to website while logged into secondary account

Optional: Delete Secondary Account

• Remove secondary account as collaborator
• Request permanent account deletion (ensure no active subscriptions first)

Post-Merge Tasks:

• Update domain contact information
• Review form and newsletter block storage options
• Verify all permissions and settings

Note: Currently, manual transfer is the only way to merge Squarespace accounts. Support may be required for domain transfers.
