Email Address

• Sends form submissions directly to specified email
• One email address per form
• Includes detailed submission information
• Allows direct replies to submitters

Google Drive

• Creates spreadsheets for form submissions
• Supports up to 50 connected forms
• Requires new, empty spreadsheet
• Available for most form types

Mailchimp

• Builds subscriber audiences
• Requires new, empty Mailchimp audience
• Maximum 30 fields per form
